Hello, would you better choose 7d or 1d click attribute window for cheap eBook?

Based on my experience, 7 day window works better for potential returning customers like your case. 1 day window can work in cases of one time lead, for example if a customer submitted his infos will be no need to get in his wall again to get the same infos.

For a cheap eBook, I’d go with the 1-day click window — buyers usually decide quickly on low-ticket items. But if you’re running longer campaigns or seeing delayed conversions, 7-day might still be worth testing. Depends a bit on your audience behavior too.

With cheap e-book products, customer behavior is often quite quick and decisions are made during the day, so choosing the 1d window will help focus on those who intend to buy immediately, optimizing costs. However, you should not ignore the 7d window because there is still a group of users who need time to think before deciding. If you want to be safe and have more data, you can run both windows in parallel on small campaigns to see the results, then decide on the scale. Each account, each audience file has different behavior, so testing and adjusting is very necessary.

Cheap eBooks are typically impulse purchases. Most users decide to buy right after clicking the ad, usually within a day. And you can always A/B test later with a 7-day click to compare volume vs. efficiency.

With the goal of potential customers returning, choosing 7d is more reasonable.

Depending on your advertising strategy and policy, you can choose the appropriate return setting goals within 7 days, but if they only see the goals once, then one day.

I think you should choose 7d because it is good for returning leads. If you want to be safe and have more data, you can run both windows in parallel on small campaigns to see the results

If you want to optimize costs, you can use 1d, but to match potential returning customers, you can use 7d more effectively, or consider my friend.

For low-cost ebooks, 1-day clicks are often tighter and more cost-effective; 7-day can dilute data and increase spending. Use your targeting to make the best choice.

Flash sales, discounts, or limited time offers benefit from 1 day click, since customers are more likely to convert immediately

This also depends on your target audience's behavior. You should test before deciding which one to choose.
