I've been doing all of my FBA prep work in house for over 8 years and I now have enough capacity to offer warehousing and FBA prep to other businesses selling on Amazon.

The question: is there enough demand for this service and where to find some solid leads?

I'm based in Florida near a shipping port. I have a shrink wrap machines, vacuum machines, full color label printers, boxes, bags and other packaging material.

Since you already have all the equipment bought starting out you will not face any major loses so i dont see why not to start and see for yourself. Most fba sellers find their own storage unit or something to be able to fit all their items and this is a great alternative. Make sure not to price too high because they will not choose you over the professional team behind most prep centers. Anything under 35c or less per packaged product without extra prepping material is a great price from my experience. Built up your customer base become known in the industry then you have a chance in competing with the big prep centers. As of leads I would try advertise on popular wholesale websites that are not against their products being sold on amazon. Or any online extensions that help people source products. That way you can give the people already in the business an alternative for prepping at home. get creative many places to advertise but the best would be google. Make a website get ranked (doesnt have to be the first page at all) Anyone is in the fba game will research as many prep centers as possible to get the lowest cost per product prep available. And that will be you. Goodluck. :)

Start selling on the places where dropshippers are lurking. Like fb groups and then pay some mentor who is making big courses on dropshipping they will vouch for you. If you can keep you rates low then definitely there is a lot of demand for these. Most of the time product seller arrange the shipping themselves you can deal with them by giving them good rate apart from what they are getting from others.

First think like a buyer and then think like the service provider.
