You can minimize risk by maintaining consistent login habits and avoiding rapid or excessive simultaneous actions on your account.

I don't use a VPN and I've had 2FA authentication enabled for quite some time. yet this keeps happening and frequently, too.
 
Yyesterday, my girlfriend and I had our main accounts fb locked .I uploaded a selfie video, but it was locked again 24 hours later. What should I do? I'm really confused about this.

24 hours is way too long. has your account been hacked? Mine only took about 5 minutes.
