FB verify more accounts with one number

my friend tells me that it can be more profiles to verify a phone number, I was wondering if this is true? if so how many profiles can be verified?


I'm a little illogical that it can register multiple profiles on a single number, when fb by some of their policies that allow each user has only one profile, then why would you allow that more profiles to verify a number?

I have noticed in the past that after deactivating a number on a particular account, it could be used to register another account at a later point in time. I'm not sure of the exact amount of time needed for the number to be usable again.
It makes sense that they would allow for the same number to be used again, otherwise they would run into lots of potential issues when users change numbers.

you can't verify many profiles with single number.. and if this possible means , if you use the same number for second account then that number will be removed from the first profile and that account will be loss . so try to use number/account. it's will be more good and account will be safe..

My little sister used my cell number to register her FB account without my knowledge. That's the same number I had used to verify my personal FB account. Both accounts share the same number and are still active.

I agree, you can verify two accounts with the same phone number if not 3.. I have done that and all 3 accounts working fine. Not sure how many you can do, I believe there must be a max number.

hey mate,

ya some time it accept.same number can use in different accounts...but sometimes number remove from the account..

Well for me it worked just fine. Maybe it depends on what country the phone number is from!
