Hey everyone,

I’ve been focusing more on scaling paid traffic in crypto and forex lately, and one thing became very clear — there’s a big difference between campaigns that only last a few days and those that stay profitable long-term.
Even with decent traffic quality and ongoing optimization, some campaigns just don’t hold, while others remain stable even as spend increases.

So I wanted to ask those who are closer to the offer/backend side:

What actually makes an offer stable long-term in crypto/forex?
How much does the backend (retention, call centers, funnel flow) impact ROI compared to traffic quality alone?
Are certain types of funnels performing better right now (simple vs pre-landers / quiz / warming flows)
Have you seen cases where improving the offer side had a bigger impact than optimizing the traffic?

From my experience, once the right combination is in place, scaling becomes much more predictable — but getting there is the hardest part.
Would be great to hear different perspectives, especially from those working closer to the offer side.

backend is everything in this vertical. ive seen the same traffic source with the same creatives do completely different numbers depending on the call center handling the leads. a good retention team can 3x your roi without you changing anything on the traffic side

not really a ban, mostly these things come down to backend strength in this niche
long term stable offers usually have strong retention, good call center and clean funnel flow, otherwise even good traffic stops working after few days
prelanders or quiz funnels still doing better because they warm up users before sending to main page and yes many times improving backend (follow ups, crm, better handling) gives more ROI compared to only optimizing traffic.

Yes, agree, I work with affiliate networks, the approaches to geo are similar, but some geos go well, others sometimes go into the red, and I'm trying to figure out if I'm being deceived or if the problem is really in the approach :) :) :)

Most times the backend kills or makes the campaign. Even with good traffic if your funnel or support is weak it dies.

It is most likely the approach. Pre landers and quiz/forms are good but you need to test different ones and make them related to your offers

Great discussion topic in crypto/forex longevity usually comes down to the backend more than traffic. Strong retention, solid call center follow-up and a well structured funnel warm-up make a bigger difference than most people expect

What would you recommend, changing the approach or looking for a new partner to evaluate traffic from different angles?

yes, I'm thinking of trying to find new partners, but I don't know where to get them :) :) :)
