Facebook has changed. Nothing is gonna be like it was before. And recently, the threshold increase very slow as well. Nothing we can do about it. Only 1 way: Accept it.
 
Interesting points about the $2 reset. I’ve seen this happening a lot lately, especially when trying to scale for the Saudi market. Seems like the old methods are definitely out.

For those of you who are actually hitting those $2000 limits now, are you finding that it's more about the 'Account Age' or the 'Proxy Quality' to get past that first $2 hurdle without a hold? Would love to hear if anyone is currently running this successfully for high-spend regions."

You need enough money to top up your card and to let Facebook automatically deduct the money
 
Exactly. Meta's automated billing system constantly checks for pre-authorizations now. If the VCC or card doesn't have sufficient funds for those micro-transactions or temporary holds, the account gets flagged for suspicious payment behavior almost instantly. Keeping a healthy buffer balance is definitely a must these days.
 
new account starts with threshold of $2 is general situation bro. it will increase when you spends, and it can hit to the threshold $900 as maximum.
 
Currently, when you add a tag, the default threshold is $2.

the first threshold must be $2 after adding the card for all new accounts. i've worked at fb for 7 years
 
minimum balance starts at $2 and increases based on your spending activity.
