FB targeting?

I have been doing some searching around and wanted to start target marketing with FB, I wanted to learn Twitter first. I have a great understanding of Twitter and now want to move onto FB. My question is what programs other than Facebookdominator is out there for a one off fee? I did not really see anything else and I do not want to spend 499.99 for their one off fee.

What I am trying to do
search targeted post example "I need used DVDs"
Search targeted goups same example.

I want to be able to find these post/groups and post links to these people. Can anyone recommend a few programs please and I am still searching here and google. Also I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong place and for any misspelled words as its way past my bed time. LOL

The only other program I am finding is Friend Adder.

No input from anyone? I just want to get some input from people to see what they are using and what is out there that works. So far I really only found two programs that are good.

The best bot out there for Facebook is friendbomber since it is multithreaded and if you can do it on Facebook it can
automate it. However it is costly. You can search for it.
