Facebook scans almost every month, at least once, sometimes more. It's hard to predict the speed and timing of each scan.

This sweep usually lasts from a few days to a week, depending on the market and the “tension” of the algorithm. My experience is that you should temporarily reduce your activities, keep your account clean, and not scale quickly during the sensitive period. After the sweep, the situation will be more stable, then restart the campaign slowly for safety.
