FB profiles made with friends & event invites

Need someone with fb account management experience who can do the following:

make 200 profiles.
- i will provide 200 fresh IP addresses
- i will provide profile pictures, this will help for high acceptance rate for friend requests.
- you will use american profile names

You will friend request with a list of ids i provide, i can provide a master list, or split it up into 200 . I don't want the id's to be friend requested by more than one of the profiles

after 20 days you will invite all the friends of all accounts to an event page provided (spread out over a few days)
