ManyChat only works with Pages, not profiles, don't use automated tools on facebook or you will easily get into a violation

It only works with Facebook Pages via the provided API. Any attempt to automate personal accounts is against Facebook policies and runs the risk of permanently blocking the account.

Facebook Pages (like Business Pages) allow access to the Messenger API, which tools like ManyChat, Chatfuel, or MobileMonkey use to send automated messages.
Facebook Profiles (your personal account) are not allowed to use Messenger API for automation due to Facebook’s platform policies. Automating messages from personal profiles can violate Facebook’s Terms of Service and may lead to your account being restricted or banned.

ManyChat does not work on Facebook personal pages, you use Facebook's built-in automated tools to reply quickly. However, you should limit their use because if used too much, Facebook will consider it spam.
