so i had two campaigns approved and decided to switch to cpc instead of cpm...now they have been under review for like 5hrs?

should i keep waiting or just delete and start all over?

No you should wait.

If you do decide to submit another one, make it slightly different so at least when the other ones get approved you have a split test already going. I've had 18 hrs for approval over the weekend.
