I have been facing this issue since one week
before that the codes were getting delayed
but since one week fb is not sending any confirmation codes
which cards are you using ?

these has been no issues lately regarding this but i did had problems with one of my provider not getting codes he changes his mobile company and codes started to come in hope this will help
