it's normal for your account to be restricted, there's nothing surprising about it. Accounts that have been used for several years are still restricted, let alone accounts that have only been used for a few months. please appeal your account.
 
You may have used the same payment card for multiple accounts. So your payment card has been limited. Can you try using a new payment card to see if the results are better?
 
When u post too many articles with repetitive content or violate community guidelines, fb will restrict your account. U may not violate community guidelines, but posting too many similar content will also be considered spam.
