5 months have passed and they still got the verification

Yeah 400 is a good price, i know someone that doing it for 325, but he can't get each account verified which really sucks ;/

facebook called me and i spoke with the support and they told me that nobody can verifiy a page for you! you can get the blue badge if you have an imdb entry and if you can give a proof that you are a famous person.
a friend got his blue badge because of his wikipedia and imdb entry .... but you cannot write your won article because the community will delete it after 2 minutes. they also need a proof that you are a famous person.
i have an artist page like Karen Hallion... she has a blue badge but she isnt famous! she visits comic cons but not within the vip area. so i think that facebook verified pages 3 years ago for people with 20k+ fanbase and now they stopped it because everybody could reach that fanbase with their ad tools.
i dont think that they will open their contact forms for verification again.

Fb give you the blue badge depending on your activity, not only the page likes but also your post likes and comments I recommend you to pay facebook for promotions and boost your page and posts. have interaction with your audience.
