FB Page Unpublished and Ads Stopped...Should I create new FB page for same ads?

My page was recently unpublished and my ads were paused because of it. I've had this happen before and I doubt my appeal will change the status of the page. I don't want the ad account to be banned.

Can I just create a new page and simply switch the page on the ads? Or will FB flag and ban me for that?

To clarify:
The page is named after the URL I put on the ads...ex...Page "FakeName" and the ads have a url: "fakename.com/blog"

So I'm wondering if I just created a new page "NewFakeName" and sent people to the same URL, would FB let that through or not?

No,you need to create a new page and another set of ads.Don't create the same ads ofc.Also it would be on the same side if you would run a low budget ad - white hat.It might also trigger unusual activity when you add a new page.

Thanks. It seems you're saying like there's really no safe way out of this situation unfortunately. My guess is this account's days are numbered and there's a hefty sum sitting in the account's prepaid balance (as it was a quite a high spend before the original page got unpublished). Seeing as how I can't get that money back, my hope was to find the safest way to rip through the rest of that budget fast before it gets terminated.

By numbered I mean it's got 24-36 hours to live, tops.
