You can use them but try to edit them so that they look somewhat different from the original photo or the post. All the best .

For the most part, you have to be sharing some pretty offensive images in order to get banned. If you are talking about sharing things and infringing on copyright and getting banned, I doubt that will happen. People share images everyday that don't belong to them. Obviously I'm no attorney on copyright but my guess is you will be ok.

I think you'll be OK. I do that in my page all the time. You have to be more careful posting in blogs though. I heard of people having paid a few thousand dollars for using shitty pics.
