I have an fb page with ads on reels monetized, anyone have any ideas how to repost contents on reels without getting copyrighted? and be able to earn money with ads on reels using reposted contents?

You summarize the content in the form of a movie review. I think it won't be copyrighted. It is important. I think the music you put together is also very important.

almost anything with music on fb reels gets copyrighted tbh

Mirror the video, add intro or outro, etc...

You can add music, rewind the video faster or add a small video in the corner to avoid copyright
