If you really want real likes from real people under your niche. Just go and run Facebook ads, the cost maybe higher, but the results are real and worth the money.
I do have a friend who started an FB page for his newly established online business and decided to go with FB ads to gain followers and get sales. In 2 months, he gained 2k+ page likes and earned more than $9k from it.
i see the sales but how much did likes cost in the 2 months

Last week I had a notice on my fan page that facebook removed some fake likes from my page. It's the only fan page that's really getting any natural engagement. But yet I have another fan page with thousands of fake likes and still no message yet from them..
