FB now requiring authorization to publish on high vol pages?

Logged in to this today:

"Complete Page Publishing Authorization

Because you manage one or more Pages with high potential reach, we're requiring you to complete two-factor authentication and confirm your primary country location. Please complete this by Aug 28, 2018 to continue publishing as your Page. More about Page publishing authorization"

Not a fan of two-factor in the first place but wonder if confirming my primary country location is going to be an issue since I don't live in my home country...anyway, that's FB's new election over-reaction.

What are you required to do?

Also what country - country where account was created, country where you are logging now or country you have mentioned in your profile?
