New accounts advertising approval time will be quite long and easily limited. Create a small ad wait for spending then create the next ads

Most contacts are quiet or gone lately. Harder to get approvals now, especially for BH ecom. Safer to focus on solid setups and warm accounts. Still, if anyone has an active plug, feel free to share!
