FB message limit?

I apologies about the amateur question but I figured this'd be the best place to ask a question like this...
I intend to mass message a lists of IDs i've gathered via fb frnd blaster and was curious if there was a [known] limit associated with a facebook account/IP?

20-30 per account if you send messages with URL, while 100-200 per account without URL. Limit number doesn't equal to safety number. IP, account credibility, message also affect the number.
