Facebook is now blacklisting entire ranges of shared VoIP numbers instantly. For FB Marketplace, you need high-trust carrier-grade route. Anything less will get you blocked before the OTP even arrives.

Make sure the account has normal activity first (friends, posts, age, real profile signals). Fresh accounts almost always get flagged, verified or not.

SMS pools are getting flagged hard. The safest way is using a real US SIM, warming the account normally, and letting Marketplace unlock naturally. Anything else works short-term at best

FB has tightened Marketplace verification a lot. SMS pools are getting flagged, so they’re unreliable now. The safest route is legit US numbers, aged/clean accounts, and warming them properly. There’s no stable shortcut anymore anything sketchy usually leads to blocks.

You need to use a valid US phone number registered in your own name. Verifying with real information is the only stable way to maintain access to the Marketplace.

Use your personal phone number to verify Facebook Marketplace. If SMS doesn’t work, try Google Voice or contact Facebook support.

but how do people post in marketplace in bulk so many times with same account and same ad is posted with more than one account

Yeah, SMSPool doesn’t really work anymore. Facebook started blocking almost all virtual and rented numbers, especially for US Marketplace.


Right now the only thing that works consistently is a real US mobile number from an actual carrier. Not VoIP, not SMS rentals. If the account is new or looks fake, it’s even harder.


Short answer: if you don’t have access to a real US SIM, Marketplace verification is going to be a pain. Meta tightened this on purpose.
