just change your current password it will log out old devices automatically or it is just a temporary display error

you log out of the old device because Facebook does not allow deleting the old device. then you are re-entering and reporting forgot password and then deleting everything you do not need.

Try logging out of your device and then changing your browser. I think you should change your password and log out of all devices. If you still have the problem, you can report it to the Facebook team.

the problem is from FB algorithm, there's might be an error. Log out, delete all the cache, login again. If it doesn't work, contact FB support team.
Deleting all old devices that were logged in I think is the issue you need to do. It is very likely to be taken back after your account has high usage value
