Is any still offering FB likes anymore?

Heard a lot of people are getting C&D's. Was planning on starting a service myself very soon, and push that shit to the top.

Please tell me your experiences.

Doubt you're really providing real fans in a legit way, however, i've heard Facebook is sending out cease and desist (C&D) letters to people who are doing activities that are in breach of their agreements.
