I am setting gologin with a mobile proxy, new creditcard and new FB page. What’s the safe approach for landing pages? Should I use sort of an in-between domain that people land on before they click to my actual website? So that I can swap out and change this domain when anything gets flagged?

That's called cloaking. I think it's necessary if you run BH
