FB JV - Experts Only PLEASE!

Hi,

I will get right to the point... I have thousands and thousands of FB accounts, millions of friends in total attached.

All my accounts I can filter by locations, and are 85-90% US.. (rest CA/UK).

I am looking for someone who can MANAGE and MONETIZE this type of FB traffic. This will most likely involve using or creating a custom program.
