FB is disabling ad accounts with spending history

Recently we had to add a lot of payment methods to accounts with high spending limits ( 1500 - Unlimited ) but something bad happened.

Almost all accounts when adding a payment method are either disabled by FB for unusual behavior or they are removed below the $25 spending limit.

We have tried using IP by ad account but no good progress. We had about 50 accounts disabled and reduced spending limits.
Anyone have a way to fix it? Please give me your contribution. Thank you

Maybe your payment method is the problem, try to do it slowly

It's happening while you are trying change your payment card or payment failed issue....I highly recommended you don't and keep enough fund on your card.
 
I think you should pause adding payment method, change another browser and restart your account
 
Make sure your account is operating in a clean environment, I think it's essential to use a verified social account.
 
You need warm up account before add payment methods, or maybe your payment methods have problem, you can contact with facebook support to help you

You need to warm up your account before adding a payment method or before using it

Please change to another profile to add a payment method

fb scanned a lot at that time, now fb is much better, you should expand your spending at the end of the year
