FB is being DDOS'D - enemy down!

Haha they completely shutdown the playstation and xbox servers last month. They even hacked the American Airlines website a few days ago. Those guys really know their shit.

If they were able to target so many sns, then its probably risky.
Facebook is powerful so its normal its the first one to get back online

It's working perfectly fine on my end. Just logged in and no problems at all.

However, I'm reading that FB, Instagram and another site are having "connection problems". Doesn't look like a DDOS to me.

LOL. You should have seen it 10 minutes ago.

It's crazy how the second FB came back up all a sudden the comment / like counters slowed down to almost nothing.

Dunno if its a DDOS attack, but its strange that both FB and Instagram were both down. Who knows.... I think FB owns instagram so... might have been some type of technical glitch on their end. :/
 
It may well be DDOS IMO. I pinged facebook's IP during the blockage time and all the pings timed out. May be the case that their servers were refusing connection due to DDOS.
