FB/IG Reach

Anybody know their stuff on Facebook & Instagram reach etc? I started a hashtag strategy back in December for my business to get posts noticed. Here are the results

Facebook - 28 days

Post Reach - 127,875
Post Engagement - 4,751
New Page Likes - 83
New Followers - 98

Instagram - 30 days

Accounts Reached - 14,500
Accounts Engaged - 320
Total Followers - 1,143

I think it looks ok but not sure, the frustrating thing is that nobody at all is interacting with my Facebook page apart from one follower, very frustrating. I think I know why? It's so Facebook make you pay for advertising.

Any tips or advice to make people interact with my page? I am posting 5 times a day to Facebook Page, Group, Instagram, and Twitter and sometimes even on TikTok but business is slow....

Facebook is very poor when it comes to engagement.
I am from a third world country and most people here use Facebook zero so are not able to see videos and pictures but text only.

Also, generally I discovered that people are not that glued to Facebook like instagram

The results look good, I personally don't engage even with content that I like.

So you should focus on what you want to get from these pages, if you are selling stuff, just monitor how much you are selling, if it's increasing that's all that matters.
