FB Ads account disabled and needs identity confirmation, should I bother with it or just create a new account

Unusually
Just make a new one but you can always try. Unless this is a stealth account? Then just buy fake docs. It works but not always

I got another old account from a friend but it got id verify restricted immediately, any advice for how to make one and keep it from getting restricted?
 
Just let warm up like facebook likes for few days.
Add post to fanpage.
