Fb have double standard !?

I launch my ads is about Canva Course for a year. recently got Facebook disable the whole Pages and ads account. I try to open a new one but when open, fb will disable again in. very short time.

So I check the Facebook ad library. I found there are many people still advertise on this topics. I have totally no ideas, why I'm the target on Facebook but other have no issue.

Question: Can we advertise "Canva" in Facebook ?? (yes, it's a graphics design SaaS)
