Thats the only way. It depends on the age of the account, how many people report your post and link, how many other actions you do on the account a day. FB uses a lot of different things to check for spammers. There is no set limit. Put it another way if FB said the limit was 20 posts a day, every spammer will post 19. Thats why they never say what it is. Some accounts get banned on the first post. Some old accounts can post a lot. But if you get reported a lot it will still get banned.

There's no way to bypass it if your account is new. Newly created accounts usually get banned at virtually second spam report.

As i can see it is not only about amount of post per day. You should analize the content, groups and settings of your accounts. All these parameters must be related to your niche, that's the way to success. Think about that, create a strategy and start your campaign
