FB growth

FB reach is pretty slow at the start, especially when reposting old content. The algorithm usually needs fresh, platform-native posts to push. Keep testing different formats and posting times. Once something hits, the growth picks up.

Facebook favors native content over reposts from other platforms. Old TikToks often get low reach. To grow, post original videos or Reels, engage with your audience, and use consistent posting + good thumbnails. Monetization usually requires eligible pages and originally content.

Yeah, Facebook is harder to grow on now. The algorithm only pushes content that gets quick reactions. Reposted TikToks don’t always hit. Try tweaking them for Facebook, add clear captions, and post consistently. Once something catches, the payouts can be good.
 
This is obvious — you're reposting an old video, so why would people be drawn to something they've already seen? You should create new, more engaging content to attract viewers.

Facebook can pay, but you have to understand their algorithm, especially with Reels content. Because Facebook severely limits organic reach, Page posts only reach a very small number of followers. Reposting old TikTok videos without optimization also reduces engagement and exposure. While Facebook pays well for monetized videos, low engagement and weak reach prevent most reposts from generating income.
 
Growing on Facebook is harder than many people think, and the reason isn't because you're doing it wrong, but because Facebook's content distribution mechanism is very different from TikTok's.

I heard that FB pays so you bring TikTok clips over and wait for a miracle? No way. If you want to make money from FB, you have to make clips that are right for FB.
 
FB is hard to grow because it prefers fresh, non-watermarked content, new accounts get limited reach, and FB’s audience is different from TikTok. You need short, strong-hook videos. FB does pay through Reels Ads and In-stream, but only if you meet the requirements and post original content.

FB doesn’t push recycled TikToks. Post native Reels with trending sounds — that’s what gets reach now.
 
Currently, the Facebook algorithm prioritizes content that can generate meaningful conversations and interactions within established communities. Therefore, if you only repost TikTok videos without editing them to suit the older demographic on Facebook, you will not get views.

At the same time, if you do not encourage comments or shares, the reach will be very limited.
 
Hey man, yeah FB can be a pain to grow on, especially if you’re just reposting old TikToks. The algo prefers fresh content and stuff that hooks in the first 2–3 seconds. What usually helps me:
  • post Reels, not just videos
  • add trending audio (even low-volume)
  • change the caption + hashtags, don’t reuse TikTok ones
  • avoid watermark — FB kills reach fast
  • test 2–3 different posting times
FB does pay, but only once you hit consistent reach.
You tried uploading a few native Reels instead of direct reposts yet?
 
Facebook is no longer a place for "junk content" from other platforms. Treat Facebook as a separate playground, create highly interactive content (ask questions, encourage comments), and you'll see your views grow again.

It could be due to an unstable internet connection, or that the video isn't yours but was stolen from someone else and uploaded.
 
This is normal because Facebook does not like to promote initial content without advertising; that is Facebook's policy. Record short videos and run ads on them, even on a small budget, and you will see results quickly.

For me, the best strategy was inviting as a friend anyone who shares interests connetected to my fanpage (based on the group participation), than inviting them to follow fanpage.
