Well, apart from finding groups relating to your niche, using groups (in general) that have a large number of members or engagement can do well in marketing. It's not just what you market, it's how you do it.

Are there any way at all to find groups with a large amount of members?

The problem that the amount of members are random, have to spend time to filter the best groups.

If you want to find buy sell groups manually you can do it here: https://www.facebook.com/salegroups/

Or can use FB search. But my preferred method is using bot to do all the hard work

Yes, it can take a while to find good groups but I dont think there is a better way.
