When I'm posting to groups it sad that your post is spam fb will be delete I'm posting one link from fan to 100 groups with 3profiles every Profil has 30 groups

use different title,content, and link for post.. usally fb don't allow cpa link or spam link..

There can be a limit to control spamming. You may check it with Facebook Help Community.
Google it and you will find some solutions.
