massplanner will automate this, but it is not easy even with automation.
You can't go too spammy.

Dont tell me about blocking there is a way for getting traffic from groups

It is but you won't get it for free just by asking it on a public forum, either through a lot of time for trial and error (and money/time for accounts) or pay for the method.
