FB Groups - No replies to job posts

I am looking to hire a VA from the philippines. Posted 3 different job post in a few FB Groups with >100K members. But absolutely no reaction...
How is that possible?

Posted from my main private account and from 2 recently created FB accounts. All posts were different and different Company name used (just to try if someone can actually see the posts).

Is there a reason why the posts cannot be seen by anyone??

Posts are actually online and not pending or rejected by group admins.

Would be highly appreciated if anyone can give advice on this! Thanks!

How can you be sure it cannot be seen by others have you checked from another account?

Why not hire a VA from here?
Even if you are looking for someone i a specific locatio, there's a big chance you will get it here.

Open a thread in the Hire a Freelancer and you will get response.

Fb hides such post or it reduce the visibility of these kinds of post - it consider such post as common spam

The posts definitely went online. I can see them from other fb profiles.

Why does FB reduce the visibility of job posts in Job groups?

Can I avoid that somehow??

avoid certain keywords - offer,home jobs,make xxxxxx per month
instead post the required edu or skills - ex. looking for php developer with 2 years experience

You need to generate some activity on the post with either comments or likes before it gets shown on walls outside the group. Otherwise the only people who will see it is anyone viewing the group when you posted or someone scrolling later. You need things like "send me some info" "more info please" in the comment section even if they are fake comments

Are you sure they posts are hidden and no one can see?
It could be the group is of low engagement and the users are less active?

The reason must be that there have been lots of scams regarding jobs on FB. They don't believe it's real.

FB does this basically with anything and everything from links to memes. Their AI is an absolute joke and is actually ruining facebook groups. Nobody even sees much of any posts but yet they keep promoting groups? FB just want to monetize them when the timing is right. No question.

Hi! You should try to place interaction-oriented ads. Activity is also very important,you need likes and comments before the publication appears outside the group.
