I have 150 groups but can i post in 29 and stop verification image
any one this ptoblem

don't post more then 10 - 20 because facebook updated their algorithm, before you can post on 500+ groups using only 1 account. now you can't do that anymore, you will get blocked.
just find the popular groups of your niche. for example 20 groups with 30k - 50k members. it will send you good amount of traffic.
