If you had to start today, would you build a group or a page? which one makes more money?

i think page, many people ask same question ưwith you before
 
I think you can start with group mainly, but it will be difficult to build at the beginning days. besides, you can also combine to build up the page.
 
i will go with group, selling my own services depends on niche

I’d build a group first for engagement, then use a page for scaling and monetization.

Depend on niche

If it is humor, celeb, sports, etc., the page is good enough

If your niche is about photographic cameras, local community updates, etc., to be precise, narrow down subniches - micro niche group is the best.
 
I’d start with a group if the main goal is monetization. It’s easier to build trust and engagement around a specific niche, then add a page later for broader reach. The better option still depends on the niche and what you plan to sell.
 
There's no single answer. It depends on the type of business you're in and which medium works best for you.
 
The ideal approach is using a page for broad reach/ads and funnelling warm traffic into a group for high-margin monetization
