Fb group spamming, dont work in SE, but work in DK? whey

it has always worked really well for me , in Denmark , where I have used Danish profiles and a Danish ip . but now I tried to go to Sweden and have made 100 % same setup ..

but...

here in sweden makers facebook my link as unsafe after 30 post ?

Can it really fit there is a difference in facebook security from Denmark to Sweden ? or is my fault lie elsewhere since it does not work?

Post different messages and also use different URL. Posting to the groups still works perfectly.
