FB group posts settings....

What are your settings for group posts on Facebook groups? We used to post 30-40 posts per account per day with a 600 sec delay in between. In the posts we did never send any links, just normal posts with a pic and a text. These settings worked fine but lately we experience our accounts get flagged with "suspicious activity" - some of them get free after a while, majority gets banned. So what are your settings, what works for you to gain friends and interest?

I have always used 10 posts a day max and at least 1800 seconds or more between posts.

Yes, cut down the number of posts per day sensibily and wait longer in between the posts.

I posted manually in 40-50 groups the same link from 1 aged account. I get only capcha. But I post sharing from my fanpage (post with link to my website). And those groups are bad. I didnt get traffic from them.

why not use bulk of accounts spam up to 2-3 posts per acc, use proxies ?
will it work ?
