I've used fiverr in the past when I was getting a new page off the ground and was very pleased.

I think you are going to have a hard time finding someone for the following reasons.
They would have to have accounts that have joined groups in your niche or would have to start joining groups in your niche.
Joining groups takes time as you have to get accepted. If they do not have accounts that are properly warmed up it will take weeks/months to warm them up so they can post for you.
I've seen guys on sites that offer that on some of the outsource sites but they post in huge groups that really don't benefit you.
I think you are much better off learning how to post on FB and handle it with a tool or something unless you only want to post some 10 - 15 posts a day where you could do that manually.
