For now facebook groubs are hard to spam.
Because of the new facebook update.
All your posts will be marked spam and deleted automatically by facebook.
Occurs in many places with some of my clients.

Had bad experience with their instagram bot, doesnt worked properly. Do not want same to happen with fb bot.

I agree with you. Even if I use my personal account, my post is always marked as spam. This usually happens if the domain is new.

I have some experience with fb groups.
I know how and what to do. Of course bans always happens. But I need automatization tool, because its frustrating to do all manually. And also it would help to scale.

Does people reporting leads into getting marked in spam or just posting link?
Do you mean high traffic domain or aged domain will not get ban?
