FB Group Poster for a Business Page?

I'm hoping someone can help me or give me some recommendations please. I'm searching for a FB group poster that will post in FB groups I'm a member of (not an admin or owner) and that will let me post using my business page (not a personal profile). I'm currently using FMS but the software doesn't seem to function for pages. The option is there, but the groups don't load (so it's not functional at all for a page) and support is very slow.

Is anyone currently using a bot or program that can post to groups as a business page? And, perhaps even invite people who react to those posts to 'like' the page? I've contacted countless providers but have yet to hear from one that actually works for business pages and not user profiles.

Thanks, I'm already doing that manually. I'm looking for software to automate the process because I'm a member of over 300 groups. Do you have any recommendations?
