FB Group Data Extractor to Create Custom Audience

I've been lurking for a while but just joined.

I'm looking for a tool that will extract sufficient data from a FB group that I can use to create a custom audience. It's a closed group I am a member of. I don't need/want a look-alike audience - I specifically want to create a custom audience to exclude when creating ads.

I'm unclear whether one can create a custom audience solely using names combined with facebook user ID's at this point. I know people's email addresses won't pull unless they're publicly visible. And that's ok - I don't need to email these people - just create a custom FB audence to exclude them from viewing my ads.

So I have two questions:
1. What is the best tool for this? I'm willing to pay if it works but most tools either look too complicated (I'm not a programmer) or don't make it clear what all data they can actually pull and I don't want to spend time figuring them out only to find they don't get me what I need.
2. What is the minimum amount of data needed to create custom FB audience?

I searched in the products/services forearm using words like "Facebook group member scrape" but I don't know if I I saw the service you were recommending. There was one service that was super cheap but I was unclear as to what all they were offering.

You can just simply use a script to do it on your browser.

I'm not a programmer. Where would I find such a script and instructions on how to use it? If it were that simple, I have to imagine lots of people would be doing it.

I've read about Mailbiz. A few people said it's great but quite a few said it wasn't. But it was hard to tell how legit the negative comments were because they were complaining about things I didn't really understand. Have you tried Mailbiz? It would be great to get an opinion from someone who wasn't trying to sway me one way or the other. Thanks.
