I am currently generating calls with FB ads for life insurance. I am getting calls in but a lot of them are outside of the call center hours.

I am using a daily budget right now and running ads 24/7, I was just hoping that the algo would learn that I only convert during certain times and allocate spend accordingly.

The way I see it is that I have three options on how to run ads:

1.) Continue with daily budget and just hope I start converting more often during call center hours

2.) Add rules to my campaign so the ads are turned on and off based on call center hours

3.) Switch to lifetime budget so I can use native dayparting

I would do the lifetime budget but I'm concerned in restarting the learning stage every 30 days or so as I launch new campaigns.

What would be the best way to do this?

I suggest do CBO with 3 identical adsets, then daypart

IN my opinion, you drive fb leads via phone calls, advertising, google ads, 4 strategies use first is Geo-location ,second is call to action ,third is dayparting & the fourth is personalization i think its a best way to run ads

Also, the learning stage is completely necessary. Every new campaign or adset is going to have this, because every new campaign / adset targets a new "pool" of users who behave differently.

The only way to skip the learning phase is by using LAL audiences, but that requires a lot of existing conversion data.

Create a separate lifetime campaign at a fraction of your budget (say 20%). Track it very separately (phone number, call duration, etc).

I had a similar offer in Canada in the past. The cost of those calls went up during business hours, but it all backed out. Also learned that the non business hours are still highly valuable. What worked for me, was to simply capture the lead. Hit them up via text during business hours with an offer. It didn't convert as well as during business hours overall, but still had a positive return.

I think it's great if you get a lot of calls even at the wrong time. Is this the demand of customers in other geographical locations and time zones?
If it were me, I would let my employees work 2 shifts day and night. That means 24/24.

Theyr'e probably an affiliate marketer so they don't have access to call center employees. Otherwise, you are completely right.
