FB Custom Audience upload problems

Right click on ID Cell & click format cell, Select Number, keep decimal to 0 , apply formatting to all ID's cell, copy all ids , make a new txt file, paste the ID's, Voila !! You are done. Upload now.
I faced the problem where i could see errors in uploading csv file as it was mysteriously showing + sign in ID's. I did the above step and managed to upload all ID's.

Thanks, but still same problem
OK. Next step is to delete the audience & re upload the file. I also face this problem sometimes but re uploading solves this.

upload facebook ID for what?
