Hey! Let’s break this down. Your metrics aren’t terrible (1.92% CTR is okay, and CPC/CPM are low), but zero conversions after +40 hours is a red flag. Since you’re selling a joint pain cream in a “golf country” (assuming affluent, active folks?), I’d guess the issue is either targeting, messaging, or landing page friction.

Let’s start with the learning phase: Facebook’s algo needs ~50 conversions/week to optimize properly, so if you’re not hitting that, it might struggle. But with COD (cash on delivery), trust is HUGE, people might be bouncing because they’re unsure about paying later. Your landing page view rate (57%) suggests almost half the clicks aren’t even waiting for the page to load, which could mean slow site speed or a disconnect between the ad promise and the LP.

Quick fixes:

Audience: Golfers are a niche, but are you layering interests like “arthritis,” “sports injuries,” or age 35+? Try narrowing with detailed targeting or lookalike audiences based on past buyers.

Creative: If your ad doesn’t scream “relief for golfers’ joints,” tweak it. Use pain-focused visuals (e.g., someone gripping a club with a pained expression) and copy like “Play 18 holes without the ache.”

Landing Page: Add trust elements, testimonials, doctor endorsements, or a money-back guarantee. COD needs extra reassurance! Check your page speed with https://pagespeed.web.dev/.

Offer: Maybe throw in a free mini-tube with first purchase or a discount for prepaying (even small incentives help COD hesitation).

Hold off on killing the campaign yet, give it 5-7 days unless the budget’s bleeding. If still no luck, duplicate it, switch to a traffic or engagement objective to warm up the audience, then retarget them with a conversion campaign.

Hope this helps, )
