I was wondering if it's still allowed to run contests in a FB Fan Page without the page/account being banned.

The prizes are vouchers and Zynga game cards.

I think It would be safest to link to the contest on your own blog though.

Yeah I think it's safe, though I may be wrong. I get a lot of messages from my friends in FB asking me to vote their child in the "cutest baby contest", etc.
