FB Checkpoint when creating Business Manager.

So a couple of days ago one of the ad accounts and BM got disabled. I created a new FB account from phone using my sim's IP. Now after 5-6 days, I accessed the account from PC and went to create BM and FB asks for ID card.

Why are they so strict now?

What are other options? New IP and New Credit Card?

Facebook is deactivating any account without a reason now, so you have to warm up the new account very slowly

So if I get an old warmed up account with good activity, can I still use the same card for payment?

Yep I used the same card for my accounts and it's ok

Another thing, there are BMs and personal ad accounts. If some personal ad accounts gets banned, how do you remove those? I know how to delete BMs but how do I delete those banned personal ad accounts? It feels clustered.
